Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, or trauma-related symptoms and want to learn skills to be able to cope and improve your life?
Are you a concerned parent looking to support your child’s emotional well-being or facing challenges with their behaviour or performance at school?
I work with both neurotypical and neurodiverse children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural
Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
Using a trauma-informed perspective, I foster resiliency and empower clients to become the best version of themselves.
I specialize in helping children and adolescents navigate their emotions and develop effective coping skills. With over 18 years of experience in the education sector, I’ve developed a diverse skill set for working with young people and I collaborate closely with parents to foster a supportive family system.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and I am pursuing certification as a “Psychological Associate” with the College of Psychologists.
I believe every individual has the potential to flourish and I’m here to help you reach your fullest potential.
